Statement by Supplier of compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015

The under named  senior representative of the company confirms that the principles of “Modern Slavery Laws” are understood and confirms the company does not, or will not in the future, support or do business, knowingly, with any other party involved in any act of slavery, human trafficking, forced, bonded or child labour as defined in the Modern Slavery Laws and shall notify as soon as they become aware of any breach or possible breach of Modern Slavery Laws.

As a responsible Agency, we pursue all activities in an ethical and lawful way. With regards to both our observance and compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 we ensure that all our Candidates are screened to establish that their residential status in the UK is legitimate, that they have legitimate Residency or approved Tier 2 Working Visa (eg “Tied Visa’s), and that :-.

        

  1. ...further verification is ascertained by confirming their current residential address, full contact details (electronic and otherwise) and confirming their background and experience given any particular role(s).
  2. ...similarly, we warrant that all positions/vacancies which are managed on behalf of the Client base, and which are promoted to suitably qualified Candidates, offer fair and market competitive remunerations, and we ensure that any offered post/vacancy adheres to good and safe working practises to include amenities, working hours and pro-rata breaks.
  3. ...all personnel, without exception be they Temporary, Fixed-Term Contract or Permanent prospects,  receive full and transparent briefing of these policies to ensure their complete understanding of the offered role(s).
  4. ...our QMS is constantly reviewed to monitor data to ensure compliance with both The Modern Slavery Act 2015 and The Equality Act 2010.
